★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y buena calidad, no se diga el ya famoso chicharrón y asado de puerco ?; sin embargo, a las 11:30 -12:00 se llena tanto de personas que por unos minutos resulta lenta la atención, ordenar y pagar. Nunca había visto los tremendos cortes tamaño brontosaurio.
 Excellent service and good quality, not to mention the now famous pork rind and roast ?; However, at 11:30 -12: 00 it gets so crowded that attention, ordering and paying is slow for a few minutes. I've never seen the tremendous brontosaurus-sized cuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jajajajajaja, entramos y lo primero que dijo mi hija fue "¡huele a perro!" Jajajaja --y si. Fui por 2 Kg. de chicharrón para llevar de regalo a CDMX. Hasta allá llega su fama... Ok.
Hahahahaha, we walked in and the first thing my daughter said was "it smells like dog!" Hahahaha--and yes. I went for 2 kg of pork rinds to take as a gift to CDMX. That's where his fame goes... Ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This butchery has many shops all around Monterrey. Similar concept and quality to Carnes San Juan. You can find all cuts of beef and pork as well as salsas, tortillas, grill cheese, a small fresh produce area, light drinks, plastic plates... Pretty much everything you’ll need for a Carne asada except alcohol. Prices are reasonable and quality is very good.
