La carne se ve roja por qué no está inyectada de agua y es carne de novillo no de vaca
La de novillo es de mucho mejor calidad

When we do not have steak we give a tithe clearly it is a much better cut nobody will give you that at the same price
The meat looks red because it is not injected with water and it is steer meat, not beef
The steer is of much better quality
