★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen surtido de carne, su queso asadero esta muuuuy rico, la arrachera, chorizo agentino, chistorra son buenos, aunque no recomiendo comprar "cortes de carne" puesto que básicamente solo te venden "aguayón" en bisteces (te venden lo mismo un new york que un top sirloin). Su atención es rápida.
 They have a good assortment of meat, their asadero cheese is sooooooooooo good, the arrachera, chorizo agentino, chistorra are good, although I don't recommend buying "meat cuts" since basically they only sell you "aguayón" in steaks (they sell you the same a new york than a sirloin top). Your attention is fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pena... Llevo varios años siendo fiel cliente de éste establecimiento que destacaba por su calidad, y de un tiempo acá sólo lo he tenido experiencias negativas continuanente... El chico que atiende a la clientela tiene pésima disposición, despachan lo que se les pega la regalada gana, hoy pedí chambarete rebanado y me llegó un trozadero horrendo de carne congelada, de un tiempo a la fecha la carne siempre me la venden congelada, cuando se descongela parece carne remojada, y la verdad es que la cobran a un precio que no es económico para adquirir carne en esas condiciones... Insisto, es una pena que la reputación de un negocio que ha destacado a lo largo de tantos años, por el esfuerzo por parte de los propietarios, decaiga por descuidos de esa naturaleza y por malos trabajadores. Por mucho que me resistí a aceptarlo, creyendo que se trataba de mi muy mala suerte y que la próxima vez el servicio mejoraría, me temo que ésta fue la última vez que compré en Carnes Selectas Doña Rosa, y probaré suerte en un nuevo establecimiento.

As much as I resisted accepting it, believing that it was my very bad luck and that the service would improve next time, I am afraid that this was the last time I bought at Carnes Selectas Doña Rosa, and I will try my luck in a new establishment.
