En casa acostumbramos consumir carne casi todos los días. Me sugirió un vecino probar la carne que venden en la carnicería Pancho Villa. Empecé a pedir carne tipo arrachera, NOS ENCANTÓ! Solía pedir casi cada tercer día! $200.00 cada tercer dia! Siento que era buena clienta, no?
Pues en una ocasión pedí arrachera como siempre, cuando la cociné supo horrible!
Les llamé para preguntarles que qué pasaba, que la carne tenía un sabor muy raro y feo.
La contestación del que me atendió me sacó de quicio: " es la misma carne que le mandamos siempre, señora!"
Pues que creen que estoy loca? Que no sé distinguir de un sabor a otro?
No volví a pedir carne de esa carnicería!! ??

At home we usually consume meat almost every day. I suggested a neighbor try the meat that they sell at the Pancho Villa butcher shop. I started ordering arrachera meat, WE ENCOURAGED! I used to ask almost every third day! $ 200.00 every third day! I feel like I was a good customer, right?
Well, once I ordered arrachera as always, when I cooked it it tasted horrible!
I called to ask them what was wrong, that the meat tasted very strange and ugly.
The answer of the one who attended me upset me: "it's the same meat we always send you, ma'am!"
Well, what do you think I'm crazy? That I can not distinguish from one flavor to another?
I did not ask for meat from that butcher shop again !! ??
