★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, solo para compartir mi experiencia de hoy en mi compra en Quesos y Carnes Regionales S. de R.L. de C.V., compre 2.80 Kg. de SIRLOIN MARINADO y solicite me la asaran ( servicio gratuito) y cuando llegue a mi casa descubrí que me entregaron casi carnitas desmesnuzadas, ( aparte del mal servicio de la persona que la aso, me parece era su hora de comida) un poco cruda, ya que la carne se desbarata ( execibamente suave, parece atun), esto lo comprobé cuando quise recalentar en el comal, no quisiera saber cuanta se cayó de la parrilla cuando ya no se podía cocer mejor. Anexo foto del ticket de compra y de la carne como me la entregaron.
Good afternoon, just to share my experience today in my purchase at Quesos y Carnes Regionales S. de R.L. de C.V., bought 2.80 Kg. of MARINATED SIRLOIN and asked for it to be roasted (free service) and when I got home I discovered that they gave me almost shredded carnitas, (apart from the bad service of the person who roasted it, I think it was their time of food) a little raw, since the meat falls apart (exceptionally soft, it looks like tuna), I checked this when I wanted to reheat it on the griddle, I didn't want to know how much fell off the grill when it couldn't be cooked any better. Attached is a photo of the purchase ticket and the meat as it was delivered to me.
