Today I placed an order and I was told that it would take 1 hour, the hours passed and it did not arrive, I checked 2 hours later because I understood that they would be saturated and the first time they replied that my order had already gone, another hour passed and nothing, I dialed again and that they were doing it, I spent another hour and nothing I commented to them that if I wanted it that I would wait for them, I spent more time and tried to dial and they canceled the call, I investigated the other number and dialed according to that they gave me an answer that they turned off the other CEL because they were no longer taking orders, but beware when they answered me in that different number (they answered me it was a way to raise an order!) Until I asked them about my order they invented that, this type of attitude is not fair to me towards customers ...
