The meat is of high quality and freshness but the attitude and service attention of the Rey Nayar branch staff leaves much to be desired, especially from one of the meat dispatchers, who has a beard.

The disastrous customer service, they do not bill you even if you request it, they just make you pout and tell you that they will send it to you later ... they never do it even if you call every day for a week asking for it.
