Al crecer, han tenido que contratar gente que la atención que brindan no es la adecuada, añoro los tiempos en que el dueño te preguntaba si todo estaba bien o que te ofrecía x tipo de carne. Tratan de mantener medidas de sana distancia pero al ser mercado y la banqueta tan estrecha, corres peligro al tener que estar casi en el arroyo vehicular. Deseo que siempre les vaya bien en sus ventas, pero no olviden que la atención es primordial para mantener a la clientela y hay que tomar en cuenta que existen otros lugares que se están esmerado en atención, calidad y precio, es mi opinión. Y el motivo es que es 100% de carne magra, me refiero a que no está llena de pellejos o "gorditos". El local en sí tiene mucho personal y al llegar tienes que tomar un turno para que te atiendan, los precios son muy económico sí lo comparas con la calidad de sí producto y sin duda tienen muchísima gente que va a comprar ahí.
