Con todo respeto, no es así. No pedimos que corten la grasa... buscamos la picaña por la combinación de grasa y de carne jugosa... lo cierto es que ahora que lo leo, es el comentario más frecuente de su negocio... lástima

Me pesaron un corte de 2.2 kilos, y después de cortarlo, ya empaquetado, se me ocurrió pedirle que lo pesará de nuevo, y solo pesó 1.7kilos. Quien cobraba en caja, argumentaba que era merma, pero ¿medio kilo? ¿acaso cortaron la carne a mordidas? No es merma, es robo. El vendedor insistió y no quiso rectificar. Yo estaba por asistir a una comida familiar y me tocaba llevar esto para la comida, ya era un poco tarde y en sábado. Solo porque no tenía más opciones me lo llevé. Ojalá que así como engañan se los cobre la vida, pinche bola de rateros.

Compramos chorizo tradicional y del verde y lo pedimos empacado en alto vacío para poder llevarlo documentado en el avión. Cobraron un poquito más por el empacado. Se ve limpio el lugar y también venden quesos aparte de la carne. Si volvería a ir a comprar y lo recomendaria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sábado 23 de abril 2022 compré chorizo almendrado, además de otro productos; NO RECOMIENDO EL CHORIZO PORQUE A TODA MI FAMILIA NOS HIZO DAÑO, JAMÁS VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR NINGÚN PRODUCTO EN LA ALIANZA. TUVE QUE MARCAR UNA ESTRELLA PARA QUE HABILITARA LA OPCIÓN DE PUBLICAR, PERO YO NO LES DOY NI UNA SOLA ESTRELLA "CERO ESTRELLA" POR LA MALA CALIDAD DEL CHORIZO.
On Saturday April 23, 2022 I bought almond chorizo, in addition to other products; I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CHORIZO BECAUSE IT DID HURT MY ENTIRE FAMILY, I WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT IN THE ALLIANCE AGAIN.
