★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es la primera vez que compro en esta cadena y a la fecha sus productos son de calidad. El problema hoy creo radica en la actitud de lo empleados y el gusto por atender.
Mi necesidad era que el corte que pedí fuera rebanado en tres partes pero la persona en carnicería me argumentó que así se vende, un poco indeciso , pero así me lo hizo saber. Desconozco si así lo estipula la empresa o el dueño.
El final le pregunté a la Srita de caja para saber si estaba correcto lo que mencionaban en carnicería , solo me comentó que ellos saben, que es con ellos y al parecer le molestó porque me pone el ticket sobre el mostrados así de esas veces que te das cuenta que o andan apurados o molestos.
En fin , la atención hoy quedó a deber.

It is not the first time that I buy in this chain and to date its products are of quality. The problem today I think lies in the attitude of the employees and the pleasure to serve.
My need was for the cut I ordered to be sliced into three parts but the person in the butcher shop argued that this is how it is sold, a bit hesitant, but he let me know. I do not know if the company or the owner so stipulates.
At the end, I asked the cashier to find out if what they mentioned in the butcher shop was correct, she just told me that they know what it is with them and apparently it bothered her because she puts the ticket on him shown like that of those times you you realize that they are either in a hurry or upset.
In short, attention today was due.
