★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasé rápido por algo para asar. Solo había bistec y costilla, y el lugar no era lo que esperaba. Compré 1/2 de costilla.
Cuando llegué a casa, calenté la sartén, acitroné la cebolla y cuando saqué la carne tenía un color rojo brillante, se veía fresca. Más fue mi sorpresa al echarla cuando soltó su juguito.

I went quickly for something to grill. There was only steak and rib, and the place was not what I expected. I bought 1/2 of a rib.
When I got home I heated the pan, fried the onion and when I took the meat out it was bright red, it looked fresh. More was my surprise to throw her when she released her juice.
