De entrada nadie nos atendió al llegar. Ni un pan, ni bebidas, ni botana, ni bienvenidos.
Al ordenar de tomar salí regañada por pedir un agua mineral preparada: "SE LLAMA TEHUACÁN"
En la carta dice que el cobro es por peso. Al pedir 250 g me indicaron que ya vienen empaquetadas y que mínimo eran 350 g. En la carta misma mencionan 4 términos para la carne: los 3 clásicos y uno entre medio y 3/4 al que le llaman "al punto".
Al pedir mi corte "al punto" fui interrogada sobre a qué exactamente me refería con eso y fui casi regañada porque ese término no existe y lo inventamos los mexicanos.
Pedimos la picaña, cada quien la suya.
Al llegar, la carne era poco comestible. Reseca por fuera, roja por dentro y no había mandíbula humana capaz de formar un bolo alimenticio con semejante cosa. La de mi acompañante, mejor en textura pero pobre en sabor.
Ofrecieron cambiármela. Mientras mi pareja terminaba su corte yo esperé y esperé y esperé.
Por la experiencia solo puedo decir que efectivamente La Carne es Débil. Lo que es fuerte en este lugar son los vegetales.
La vinagreta de la ensalada verde MUY RICA y los Vegetales a la plancha bien sazonados.
Mientras termino de escribir esta reseña mi acompañante ya acabó de comer y mi corte no llega.
La verdad sólo le doy algunas estrellas por los vegetales pero creo que no volveremos nunca jamás

In the first place nobody answered us when we arrived. Neither a bread, nor drinks, nor snacks, nor welcome.
When ordering to take out I scolded to ask for a prepared mineral water: "IT IS CALLED TEHUACÁN"

They offered to change it for me. While my partner finished his court I waited and waited and waited.
From experience, I can only say that Meat is indeed Weak. What is strong in this place are vegetables.
The VERY RICH green salad vinaigrette and the well seasoned grilled vegetables.
While I finish writing this review my companion has finished eating and my court does not arrive.
The truth I only give some stars for vegetables but I think we will never return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar super acogedor limpio, parece una cabaña la la comida es exquisita, el lugar sumamente lindo , tranquilo, cómodo, y los precios sumamente accesibles pero por otro lado de repente está un poquito encerrado y yo sientes un poco de humo en los ojos pero en general está muy bueno, excelente opción para comer o tomar un café, tiene como defecto el hecho de que no hay estacionamiento
