Pedí para llevar por teléfono, me dijeron que no cobrarían una tarifa de envío solo una propina y que me marcarían antes de hacer la entrega dándome los costos de todo lo que se pidió y el total. En cambio el chico que hace las entregas me marco cuando estaba abajo de mi casa y hasta acá fue cuando me entere del total de la cuenta y de su tarifa por envío.
Los dueños del negocio no tienen comunicación con sus empleados, por favor explique el proceso y costos extras al momento de pedir para llevar porque por situaciones así pueden perder clientes.
Las 2 estrellas que les doy es por la carne porque siempre ha sido de calidad y por la rapidez de sus empleados al hacer la entrega.
Service to take lousy.
I asked to take over the phone, they told me that they would not charge a shipping fee just a tip and that they would dial me before making the delivery giving me the costs of everything that was ordered and the total. On the other hand, the guy who makes the deliveries called me when he was downstairs from my house and this is when I found out about the total account and his shipping fee.
The owners of the business do not have communication with their employees, please explain the process and extra costs when ordering to take away because for situations like this they can lose customers.
The 2 stars I give them is for the meat because it has always been of quality and for the speed of its employees when making the delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue algo fuera de serie , LA CARNICERIA LA CHIQUITA es un lugar histórico dónde se ve lo Mexicano como por ejemplo el chicharrón,longaniza ,los tlalitos,los tacos de carnitas,rellena,etc. Que van acompañados de sus nopales,salsa de guacamole y demás ensaladas .
Aparte de vender todo esto vende carne de res y de puerco fresca y jugosa . Las personas que me atendieron fueron muy amables ,en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de que me llevara una gran experiencia , A Parte el señor que me atendió en la carne ,me dió consejos de cocina que no sabía y eso que soy chef .
Una gran experiencia en mi visita a México .
