★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En los cortes de asador deberían especificar el grosor pues al momento de colocarlo en el asador te das cuenta del grosor de casi media pulgada y esto tarda bastante en asarse, por otra parte el lugar es apropiado para comprar la carne del día a día.
