★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta el día de hoy era mi carnicería favorita, el día de ayer por la compre jamon en este lugar y en la noche mi hijo enfermó a tal grado que lo tuve que llevar al hospital con una infección intestinal, el día de hoy cheque el jamón y estaba de color verde horrible, fui de inmediato a la carnicería CARNES SUPREMAS LA PAZ, la respuesta prácticamente fue que era mi problema y que ellos no tenían nada que ver, les dije que solo tenían que ver en que estado estaba el producto pero no les importó, entraron supuestamente a hablar con un tal encargado que ni siquiera quiso dar la cara y no me quisieron dar su nombre tampoco, el le dijo al empleado que me dijera que lo sentía pero que ellos no eran responsables, ni siquiera una disculpa, ni regresaron el dinero y mucho menos pagaran los gastos del tratamiento de mi hijo!!
El peor trato que he recibido de verdad, no es posible que un lugar supuestamente de "prestigio" haga esas cosas y no tenga cuidado con sus productos. Total falta de servicio al cliente y ética! Tengan cuidado al comprar ahí y por supuesto no esperen que el día que tengas algo que te traten bonito porque en ese momento su trato amable termina y se convierte en total hostilidad!!
Until today it was my favorite butcher shop, yesterday I bought ham in this place and at night my son got so sick that I had to take him to the hospital with an intestinal infection, today I checked the ham and it was horrible green, I went immediately to the butcher CARNES SUPREMAS LA PAZ, the answer was practically that it was my problem and that they had nothing to do with it, I told them that they only had to see what state the product was in but not they cared, they supposedly went to talk to a certain manager who didn't even want to show his face and didn't want to give me his name either, he told the employee to tell me he was sorry but that they were not responsible, not even an apology, They did not return the money, much less pay for the treatment of my son!
The worst treatment I have ever really received, it is not possible for a supposedly "prestigious" place to do those things and not be careful with their products. Total lack of customer service and ethics! Be careful when buying there and of course do not expect that the day you have something that treats you beautiful because at that moment their friendly treatment ends and becomes total hostility !!
