Recomiendo el Pollo entero o deshuesado en sus distintos marinados: mostaza, piquín, habanero, mantequilla, tocino, etc. la costilla en marinado ajo-orégano. Solo una queja, casi siempre que voy nunca hay Costilla Baby Ribs ni natural, ni preparada, ojala abastezcan mas sus productos, es una excelente carnicería y muy seguramente va a crecer mucho. Llevé queso, tostadas y salsas. Sin más que comentar, la pequeña carne quedó muy rica, se cumplió el objetivo de convivir con los amigos. El trato por parte del carnicero fue especial, como todo cliente se merece. Volvería a comprar? La verdad es que si, la próxima vez que vaya al río Ramos. Recomendado ampliamente.
