Cocine taquitos de suadero BBQ special Richard.
1 1/2 kg de suadero sazonado
1/2 kg de Manteca
1/4 de cebolla picada finamente
1/2 piña pequeña
Sofríes la cebolla con la manteca, viertes la mitad de tu kilo y medio de suadero.
Mueves hasta que suelte el jugo de la carne y el jugo de la piña a fuego medio.
Viertes la salsa BBQ al gusto, disfrutas con tus tortillas
En la Terminal puedes encontrar gran variedad de carne de res, cerdo, quesos, chistorra, cortes finos muy frescos, la atención es muy genial, puedes pagar en efectivo y con tarjeta.

1/2 small pineapple

Mi familia y yo llevamos años o tal vez décadas comprando en esta carnicería, por desgracia no les importo mucho perdernos como clientes.
Mi hermana pidió carne a domicilio, al abrir la bolsa no olía mal ni nada pero al cocinarla empezó a oler muy feo (estaba en mal estado). al querer hacer el cambio me comentaron (de una manera déspota) que no podían cambiarme la carne ya hecha y que la devolución seria en efectivo por la cantidad que les estaba presentado "cruda",que clase de reembolsos o políticas de cambio son esas?

My family and I have been shopping at this butcher shop for years or maybe decades, unfortunately they don't care much about losing us as customers.
My sister ordered meat at home, when I opened the bag it did not smell bad or anything but when she cooked it it started to smell very ugly (it was in bad condition). When wanting to make the change they told me (in a despotic way) that they could not change the meat already made and that the refund would be in cash for the amount that was presented to them "raw", what kind of refunds or exchange policies are those?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuándo vas personalmente el servicio es bueno y la carne te la dan fresca y de buen sabor. Pero cuándo la pides a domicilio los cortes son gruesos, la consistencia es extraña y la carne carece de sabor, es decir que te envían carne que ya ha sido congelada por mucho tiempo. Ya no es fresca. Por favor eviten hacer eso. Si su estock no sale entonces no compren más carne fresca que es la que terminara guardándose igual que la que ya no lo está. Comenzaron muy bien pero su calidad ha bajado mucho. Propietarios pónganse las pilas!
When you go in person, the service is good and the meat is fresh and tasty. But when you order it at home, the cuts are thick, the consistency is strange and the meat lacks flavor, that is, they send you meat that has already been frozen for a long time. It is no longer fresh. Please avoid doing that. If your stock doesn't come out then don't buy any more fresh meat that is the one that will end up being kept the same as the one that is no longer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor local de carnicería, la atención por parte de los empleados es estupenda. Si pides cortes de carne, porque debo decir que tienen gran variedad, suelen darte consejos y si es necesario te condimentan (preparan dicen ellos) el corte de carne.
Los precios son muy accesibles y conservan bien la carne que parece fresca, yo en mi opinión personal me gusta su atención y la forma en que despachan, prefiero desplazarme de Iztapalapa hasta el local.
Hacen entrega a domicilio, pero sólo local, lo recomiendo.
The best butcher shop, the attention from the employees is great. If you ask for cuts of meat, because I must say that they have a great variety, they usually give you advice and if necessary they spice you up (they prepare, they say) the cut of meat.
The prices are very accessible and they preserve the meat that seems fresh well, in my personal opinion I like their attention and the way they deliver, I prefer to go from Iztapalapa to the place.
They do home delivery, but only local, I recommend it.
