★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a domicilio pides tortas y se tardan más de 3 horas en llevártelo, preguntas por Whatsapp y te dicen que ya está listo el pedido y nunca llega no recomiendo comprar en su página.
Terrible home delivery service you order cakes and it takes more than 3 hours to get it, you ask on WhatsApp and they tell you that the order is ready and it never arrives, I do not recommend buying on their page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien me gustan los cortes que tienen y la carne buena. Tienen una gran variedad de consumibles para la carnita y además también para cocinar en casa. Lo bueno esque los fines de semana ya tienen marinada la carne.
Very well I like the cuts they have and the meat is good. They have a wide variety of consumables for carnita and also for cooking at home. The good thing is that the meat is already marinated on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es excelente ... sin embargo la calificación va porque su servicio a domicilio es pésimo, el peor de todo Durango, poca comunicación, mucho malentendido, retraso de hasta mas de una hora ... si quieren comprar comida ahí, les recomiendo JAMÁS pidan a domicilio ... es un martirio (creí que era cosa de una vez, pero por desgracia me ha pasado seguido, así que puedo asegurar que es un error recurrente). Cuando llamas MIENTEN y dicen que ya mandaron el pedido cuando ni siquiera ha salido el repartidor del local.
The food is excellent ... however the rating goes because their home delivery is lousy, the worst in all of Durango, little communication, a lot of misunderstanding, delay of up to more than an hour ... if you want to buy food there, I recommend NEVER ask at home ... it is a martyrdom (I thought it was a one-time thing, but unfortunately it has happened to me often, so I can assure you that it is a recurring error). When you call, they LIE and say they have already sent the order when the delivery man has not even left the premises.
