Aunque su carne no es mala, su servicio al cliente y la entrega a domicilio son pésimas. Me esperé hasta la quinta vez que me quedaron mal para dar una mala reseña. La señora que contesta el teléfono es muy grosera y te atiende de prisa, no te pone atención al pedido. Lo más rápido que llegan la entrega a domicilio son dos horas y media. El repartidor solo pide disculpas y piensa que con eso ya me repuso el tiempo perdido. Si llamas para pedir estatus de tu pedido se molesta la señora y te engaña diciéndote puras mentiras.. siempre hay una justificación para sus entregas tardías, la primera vez mi espera fue de 5 horas y han ido "mejorando" hasta llegar al "magnifico" tiempo de dos horas y media. Evítense una mala experiencia, no pidan en este lugar.

The lady who answers the phone is very rude and attends you in a hurry, she does not pay attention to your order. The fastest that home delivery arrives is two and a half hours. The delivery man only apologizes and thinks that with that he already made up for lost time. If you call to ask for the status of your order, the lady gets upset and deceives you by telling you pure lies... there is always a justification for her late deliveries, the first time my wait was 5 hours and they have been "improving" until reaching "magnificent" time of two and a half hours. Avoid a bad experience, don't order from this place.
