★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de la carne es muy mala, después de cocción tiene bastante nervios, pareciera que es carne de animales viejos, era cliente pero ya encontré mejores opciones en la zona, lo único bueno es su chistorra porque la carne deja mucho que desear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los "cortes" (siempre congelados) llenos de nervio y tendon, además se nota que es viejísima la carne por la consistencia mas de ate que de musculo e incluso la grasa ya tiene sabores desagradables.
Las alitas adobadas las dos veces que compré me han tocado un par de piezas que huelen a podrido.
Como carnicería de barrio pues muy bien. Para todo lo demás nomas no.
