Haces un pedido a domicilio y te envían lo que se les antoja, pides carnitas picadas y te mandan el puerco completo y como ellos quieren, frías y con mucho cebo. Eh llegado a sospechar que no te envían lo que es. Pésimo servicio

Todos cortan un trozo grande y lo aplastan(rompen las fibras del bistec cuando llegas a guisar este parece un trapo viejontodo roto).
La carne ya esta cortada y no la cortan al momento , esto para despachar rapido , ami quien me asegura que la carne es fresca si ahy varios kilos ya cortados.
Nobody seems to know how to fillet steaks.
They all cut a large piece and flatten it (they break the fibers of the steak when you get to cook it looks like an old rag, all torn).
