 The butchers are very friendly and attentive the only thing k the cashier was giving tickets for mothers day and Ami did not give me and well I was always there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mientras todos los comerciantes se esmeran en brindar un mejor servicio al cliente durante esta pandemia, la carnicería costa sierra se esmera en lo contrario, pésimo servicio al cliente, instrucciones absurdas de parte de los dueños, alta contaminación cruzada de los productos con sangre.
A este establecimiento se le olvida que hay competencia, que otras cadenas que saben que el servicio al es primero.
Yo no vuelvo a comprar en esta carniceria
While all merchants strive to provide better customer service during this pandemic, the Costa Sierra butcher shop strives for the opposite, lousy customer service, absurd instructions from owners, high cross contamination of products with blood.
This establishment forgets that there is competition, that other chains that know that customer service comes first.
I will not buy in this butcher shop again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expats and travelers in 5 de Diciembre. Looking for a butcher. Coming out of the steakhouse background I'm picky about butchers. We walk by here from the gym daily. They are always cleaning everything, floors, shelves, slicers, and displays. We've had the Chicharon, fresh Bacon quite a bit, and cooked pork. We'll be trying their steaks this week since these three passed the tests. I had to zoom in on the price on our scale at home, 2 pounds of thick sliced Bacon, appearingly high quality, for $6 bucks. WOW! Really friendly staff. We love this place. I'll post again when we get some steaks. We're raving fans of Sierra Costa PV!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here 4 or 5 times and have loved the quality and service. I went last week and bought a few kilos of different stuff. They have been great!
Upon arriving at home my friend who is fluent in Spanish noticed that my chicken breast wasn't labelled pechuga. Pechuga means breast. They had some different word on it, and it was an upcharge of 50%.
They intentionally gave me a sticker that charges me more...I have to assume because of my skin color? It was really disappointing. I will never be returning.
I'm really upset because it was honestly my favorite place to get meat and they even gave me bones for free a few times.
I do NOT recommend to any from out of town.
