Lo que no me gusta es que no venden hueso blanco,le pongo al caldo de res, y al pozole le da un sabor riquisismo, asi que ultimamente no le pongo estos huesitos a mis ricas comidas, pero bueno eso no evita que me quede delicioso el caldo o el pozolito.
Normalmente aqui compro mi carne desde que esta esta sucursal.
The cashier is very kind, the butcher seems serious or scolded, this does not mean that he attends well obviously.
What I do not like is that they do not sell white bone, I put the beef broth, and the pozole gives it a delicious flavor, so lately I do not add these little bones to my delicious meals, but hey that does not prevent me from being delicious the broth or the pozolito.
