Es la primerita vez que compro carne en éste stand en éste tianguis; lo que me detuvo a comprar ahí fue que las piezas de carne ? de res y de cerdo que tenían se veía fresca...
Compré chuleta ahumada de cerdo, chuleta de res y res para caldo, aunque tenían algunas otras opciones...
Ahí mismo pueden hacer la carne molida y eso me gustó, o la cortan a la necesidad del cliente...
Eso si, hay que ir temprano porque ya para las 3 de la tarde ya no había surtido...
