★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy tradicional en Santa Clara, la familia tiene mas de 50 años, que yo sepa haciendo carnitas, muchos negocios de la zona son de trabajadores que estuvieron en ese negocio y quieren copiar la fórmula, pero no es igual, unos las conocemos como Carnitas La Lupita, otros como El Platito; pero en general son muy ricas, recomiendo comer las gorditas de chicharraron rellenas con nopales o con queso, pero sin duda es obligado comer gorditas de chicharron rellenas de carnitas, no se arrepienten.
