El bolillo de la torta se sentía fresco y crujiente; las carnitas tenían mucha grasa, eso se debe de decir, pero esto, más que un inconveniente, resultó un buen añadido al sabor en general. Muy buena experiencia.
When I visited the establishment I was treated with a lot of kindness, I ordered a cake of carnitas and they gave it to me quickly. The roll of the cake felt fresh and crunchy; the carnitas had a lot of fat, that must be said, but this, more than an inconvenience, was a good addition to the flavor in general. Very good experience.
