Las recomiendo para sus almuerzos con tortillas recién hechas o recalentadas por supuesto, bien acompañadas de frijolitos o verduras, me parece parte integral de la comida de los Morelianos. Que no se acabe ésta bonita tradición de las carnitas "Don Chava". También llevan a casa por las "aplicaciones". ¡Zas!
Authentic flavor of the Michoacan carnitas, there is no better taste in Morelia, they are unique. I recommend them for your lunches with freshly made or reheated tortillas of course, well accompanied by beans or vegetables, it seems to me an integral part of the food of the Morelianos. That this beautiful tradition of the "Don Chava" carnitas does not end. They also take home for the "applications." Zas!
