You have to make the line to choose what kind of meat you want right besides the boiling pot, then head to the cashier's line to have it weighted and pay for it, they will give you tortillas to make tacos (or you can eat only the meat), there's plenty of space here so you can visit on large groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was a recommendation from my cousin. It was great! The carnitas were right out of the cazo. You get to pick your own carnitas by the pound and then pick your sides. The waitresses we're very attentive and the restaurant had a lot of space to dine in. Highly recommend this place for some good carnitas and a great experience!
