Tienen las carnitas ya preparadas en una vitrina, uno llega y escoje lo que se va a comer. Se cobra por kilo.
El sabor de las carnitas es muy bueno, te ponen salsas, pico de gallo, limón y tortillas para que te prepares tus tacos al gusto.
Le quito una estrella por dos razones, una porque no pican la carne, te la sirven en trozos muy grandes que no caben en el taco. Y dos, porque aunque se entiende que el lugar es de tradicion, ya le hace falta una manita de gato.
Buen servicio y precios accesibles.
Volveré.

They have the carnitas already prepared in a showcase, you arrive and choose what you are going to eat. It is charged per kilo.
The taste of the carnitas is very good, they put sauces, pico de gallo, lemon and tortillas so you can prepare your tacos to taste.
I take a star for two reasons, one because they do not chop the meat, they serve it in very large pieces that do not fit in the taco. And two, because although it is understood that the place is a tradition, it already needs a cat's hand.
Good service and affordable prices.
