Atendido por el propietario, ofrece carnitas estilo Michoacán, con alternativas a las clasicas del noreste de México. Recomiendo especialmente las de lomo. Es muy importante el proceso de cocción, en cazo de cobre, bien curado y cuidado, con atención a los detalles, como la temperatura de cocción, 92°C, para evitar que las grasas del puerco se saturen, volviendose dañinas. Pocos saben esto, pero la carne del puerco es mas magra que la de res, y si se cuida su cocción como aquí se hace, es saludable. Las recomiendo altamente.
