★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las mejores carnitas que he probado, hay de todo, nana, buche, panza, oreja, costilla, trompa, hígado,etc..., la salsa roja pica bastante, pero el sabor es muy bueno, en fines de semana lo ideal es llegar antes de las 10 am si no la fila para ser atendidose extiende algunos metros, vale la pena.
