★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quede sorprendido de encontrar un lugar para comer tan bien presentable, limpio, sano, y muy bien atendio por todo el personal desde el Sr. "Chucho"propietario del lugar y su respetable esposa, así como tosos los demas empleados, las carniras, ni se diga, muy sabrosas, calientitas y siempre bien preparadas, llegas con hambre atroz y sales satisfecho en sobremanera, ampliamente recomendable, vengan, conozcan el sabor de la buenas csrniras del "GÜERO"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen sabor, muy bien servidos, buenas salsas, cebolla morada con habanero bastante buena, hay que llegar temprano si te gusta la nana y buche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena la comida pero pésimo el servicio. Cuando llegué había de todo, pero tardaron 40 minutos en servir 9 tacos para llevar. Despacharon a todos antes que a mí y cuando reclamé, pues ya no había carne variada, me dieron de lo que sobraba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comenzaron siendo una buena taquería pero la verdad es que han ido en picada.
El pastor tiene más cebolla que carne en lugar de ser un trompo de pura carne como debe ser (sobre todo en los días de 2x1) y todavía se atreven a agregar más cebolla XD
He estado tentado de pedir "Tacos de Cebolla con Pastor" a modo de sarcasmo para ver si se aplican porque cada día pierden más clientes y otras taquerías aledañas aprovechan ese factor para llevarse los clientes.
Las aguas "frescas" llevan días y tienen demasiados asientos. Además de exceso de azúcar y colorantes.
En cuanto a la atención reconozco que son muy atentos y amables. No hay ninguna queja al respecto.
Aún así, aún siguen de pie.
Los tacos de suadero, longaniza, bistec, chuleta, tripa, están muy buenos aunque algo grasosos.
Ojalá el gerente se aboque más a incrementar la calidad y sabor en vez de sacrificar ésta en favor de los costes. Los clientes pagan por calidad, no por cantidad.
Vale más pagar caro por un taco bien hecho que barato por tacos de cebolla con carne.
They started out as a good taqueria but the truth is that they have gone downhill.
The pastor has more onion than meat instead of being a top of pure meat as it should be (especially on 2x1 days) and they still dare to add more onion XD
I have been tempted to ask for "Tacos de Cebolla con Pastor" as a sarcasm to see if they apply because every day they lose more customers and other nearby taquerias take advantage of that factor to steal customers.
The "fresh" waters take days and have too many seats. In addition to excess sugar and dyes.
As for the attention, I recognize that they are very attentive and kind. There is no complaint about it.
Still, they are still standing.
The tacos de suadero, longaniza, steak, chop, tripe, are very good although somewhat greasy.
I wish the manager would focus more on increasing quality and flavor instead of sacrificing it in favor of costs. Customers pay for quality, not quantity.
It is better to pay dearly for a well-made taco than cheap for onion tacos with meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las carnitas estan bien a secas , nada excepcional. En la noche venden tacos al pastor pero esos no los recomiendo estan muy mediocres hay mejores lugares. El servicio es lento. No hay estacionamiento. Tardan mucho en cobrar.
The carnitas are dry, nothing exceptional. At night they sell tacos al pastor but I don't recommend those, they are very mediocre there are better places. The service is slow. There is no parking. They take a long time to charge.
