Es un establecimiento familiar con más de 40 años de historia.
No se son las primeras de la zona, pero si las que siguen en pie y las mejores aún con la creciente "competencia"
Usualmente pedimos 1 kilo de carnitas: ½ de maciza, ¼ de buche y el resto de lengua, cuerito y trompa.
Y el fin de semana, pasada de la 13 horas uno de los hijos de los que inaguraron el lugar "David", prepara y cocina al momento el mejor chicharrón de la zona.
