Puedes pedir chamorro, falda o costilla o en su defecto te dan carne negra qué es más jugosa que la maciza blanca y seca, también te ofrecen cuerito y surtido de corazón con buche.
Tortillas hechas a mano gigantes de excelente grosor suficiente para que no se te deshaga tu taco.
Salsa estilo Michoacán para acompañar comida.
