A mí en lo personal me gusta que siempre tienen buche lo cual no es tan común en varios expendios de carnitas, pero también cuentan con casi todas las piezas del cerdo. Son muy reconocidas en este lugar las tortas de carnitas, que te sirven en telera del día y van bastante bien surtidas, bañadas con una salsa picante que sí se puede comer lo que le da un sabor especial, está hecha en base de jitomate. El otro plato tradicional son los tacos de carnitas que te sirvan en tortilla grande doble bastante bien surtidos también con una salsa picante muy rica. Ellos también tienen servicio de atención a eventos por lo que entiendo que también los contratan mucho para fiestas.
