El servicio es muy bueno , la comida exquisita, mis hijos se divierten mucho mucho y las niñas que juegan con ellos son un amor de pacientes. Definitivamente de mis lugares favoritos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron un platillo de carnitas que se veía horrible. Mala presentación del platillo además de que me habían cambiado la orden y yo sentí no me pesaron bien el cuarto de carnitas. Las tortillas recalentadas y duras. No quisieron revisar mi platillo e ignoraron mi queja.
They gave me a carnitas dish that looked horrible. Bad presentation of the dish in addition to the fact that they had changed my order and I felt that the carnitas room did not weigh well on me. Tortillas overheated and hard. They did not want to check my dish and ignored my complaint.

Tienen especialidades a la carta, muy recomendable la Tampiqueña y la carne enchilada. También tienen la promoción 2 "gorditas" de carne o requesón y un agua de sabor de 1 litro por $45.00
En las mañanas puedes disfrutar de desayunos.
El lugar es muy limpio, los empleados muy amables.
Debido a que está en el interior de la plaza comercial, tienes derecho a dos horas gratis de estacionamiento. Hay acceso para sillas de ruedas, elevador y en las mesas puedes acomodar silla de ruedas. El lugar está muy bien climatizado.

Les pedí carnitas a través de Didi y no me mandaron las tortillas, les escribí para que me enviaran mi pedido completo y no las mandaron.
No lo recomiendo para nada, no tienen seriedad con los clientes.
Si se les olvidó mandar el pedido completo es su responsabilidad hacer llegar el faltante ya que ellos así anuncian su producto.
TERRIBLE, primera y última vez que pido algo de esta tienda.
ACTUALIZACIÓN:
Tuve que ir al Oxxo a comprar tortillas qleras para comerme las carnitas y lamentablemente ni siquiera estaban buenas, estaban insípidas. Estuvieron mejor en Papagayo, por eso me animé a pedir acá pero no es igual y definitivamente el servicio deja mucho que desear.
TERRIBLE SERVICE.

UPDATE:
I had to go to Oxxo to buy qleras tortillas to eat the carnitas and unfortunately they weren't even good, they were tasteless. They were better in Papagayo, that's why I decided to order here but it's not the same and definitely the service leaves a lot to be desired.
