★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las carnitas muy ricas, las 3 estrellas son por la desorganizacion de sus meseros, sirvieron los tacos con las tortillas frias, pedimos unos tacos de una carne en especifico y nos dijeron que no habia, a los 5 minutos les estaban sirviendo de esa misma carne que nos dijeron que no tenian, a otros clientes.
The carnitas are very rich, the 3 stars are due to the disorganization of their waiters, they served the tacos with the cold tortillas, we asked for some tacos of a specific meat and they told us that there was none, after 5 minutes they were serving that same meat that they told us they didn't have, to other clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we did not get to try to many places in Michoacán, home of the carnitas, we think this is the best we’ve had in Mexico thus far. We could see the large copper pots that they cooked in and we loved the procedures they had during a pandemic. We felt very safe. The carnitas and salsas were excellent! We’ll be back, for sure.
