★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carnitas muy ricas, lo que más me ha agradado es que sirven tortillas hechas a mano y están muy buenas... Pero recomiendo ir temprano o antes de las 2 para alcanzarlas ya que acabándose la masa solo dan tortillas normales y pues como que pierden su encanto jajaja... Cada Tavo cuesta $18 pesitos pero con dos o tres quedaras satisfecho al menos de que en verdad seas de buen comer, ahí entonces te recomendaría comprar por medio kilo o lo que creas conveniente...
Very tasty carnitas, what I liked the most is that they serve handmade tortillas and they are very good... But I recommend going early or before 2 o'clock to catch them since when the dough runs out they only serve normal tortillas and they kind of lose their love hahaha... Each Tavo costs $18 pesos but with two or three you will be satisfied unless you really eat well, then I would recommend buying for half a kilo or whatever you think is convenient...

Lo que no me acabo de agradar que las sirven frias, como muchos ponen focos calentadores y eso le da muy mal sabor a la carne pues solo el exterior esta tibio y lo interior de la carne frio

What I don't quite like is that they are served cold, as many put heating lights and that gives the meat a very bad taste because only the outside is warm and the inside of the meat is cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mejoraría las tortilla se deshacen antes de llegar el taco a la boca y van 2 veces seguidas qué pasa esto, la atención del chavo que realiza los tacos puede mejorar, luego anda con su cara.
La carne esta buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor de las carnitas no es malo pero el servicio es PÉSIMO, es evidente que tienen una deficiencia en su organización, no es posible que 6 personas atendiendo con el restaurante casi vacío (y únicamente con 2 clientes pidiendo para llevar) y hayan tardado exactamente 12 minutos en servir un taco y 20 en dar un refresco. No sólo fue en mi.mesa, las personas de la mesa de a un lado llevaban bastante tiempo esperando que les tomaran su orden. Creo que tienen un área de oportunidad enorme, la señorita Violeta al.parecer es la encargada porque todo le tenían que preguntar, si es así, creo que deberíade analizar si su trabajo lleva la.directriz correcta. Por otro lado, vi el proceso de sanitización de las mesas y fue muy mal hecho, ya que rociaron el sanitizante sobre salsas y limones, no dan gel y el cubrebocas lo traen debajo de la nariz. Por último, en traer la cuenta tardaron aprox 10 min. Repito para ser 6 personas atendiendo creo que no tienen bien definidas las funciones de cada uno. Espero que tomen mi comentario en cuenta.
The taste of the carnitas is not bad but the service is AWFUL, it is evident that they have a deficiency in their organization, it is not possible that 6 people serving with the restaurant almost empty (and only with 2 clients asking to take away) and have taken exactly 12 minutes to serve a taco and 20 to give a soda. It wasn't just at my table, the people at the next table had been waiting for their order for quite some time. I think they have a huge area of opportunity, Miss Violeta seems to be the one in charge because they had to ask her everything, if so, I think she should analyze if her work follows the correct guideline. On the other hand, I saw the process of sanitizing the tables and it was very poorly done, since they sprayed the sanitizer on sauces and lemons, they do not give gel and the mask is brought under the nose. Finally, bringing the account took about 10 minutes. I repeat, to be 6 people attending, I think that the functions of each one are not well defined. I hope you take my comment into account.
