★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena calidad en los cárnicos. En mi punto de vista las salsas es un punto medular en las carnitas, en este caso recomendaría que no estuvieran tan rebajadas (acuosas), pues terminan debilitando y comprometiendo la estructura del taco.
Good quality meat. In my point of view, sauces are a core point in carnitas, in this case I would recommend that they not be so thin (watery), as they end up weakening and compromising the structure of the taco.
