★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some carnitas at this restaurant, recommended by a food freak from mexico, claning to be the best carnitas he and his friends had. Well they were delicious! We had the taco, the torta and the gordita!! Wow they were so tasty, loved the cuerito (pork skin that’s cooked instead of crispy) served along the chicharron (the crispy skin). All served with a hugh amount of cilantro an onion, as usual, and a really nice green sauce that was soo spicy. We also tried the full head of the pork in the torta, all the parts that it contains and the taste was good!
