★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De entrada te reciben con una botana cortesía de la casa, en mi caso fue un chicharron en salsa roja. Pedí chamorro de cerdo ¡Muy recomendable! Se sirve envuelto en hoja de plátano y bañado en una salsa espesa y bien condimentada, incluye frijoles charros que contienen grandes trozos de cilantro con todo y tallo que les da muy buen sabor.
Solo sugeriría que tuviesen más frías las cervezas.
At the entrance they received you with a snack courtesy of the house, in my case it was a chicharron in red sauce. I ordered pork chamorro Highly recommended! It is served wrapped in banana leaf and bathed in a thick and well-seasoned sauce, including charro beans that contain large pieces of coriander with everything and stem that gives them very good flavor.
I would only suggest that the beers were colder.
