Very good carnitas I give them an 8.5. The meat is juicy and the tortillas are very good. The only thing I would tell them would be more sauce options.

Si alguna vez visitaste quiroga/Michoacán, notarás que el sabor y el color son prácticamente lo mismo. Las salsa y las cebollitas curtidas son el excelente acompañante de éstas, claro que ko puede faltar el limón. Con sus tortillas a mano son lo mejor. El cuerito que te dan ahí es muy bueno, delgadito, saladito, un excelente calmantito que puedes pedir antes de pedir tu orden de carnitas. Cada vez que voy ahí me recuerda a esos paseos por Michoacán y por supuesto a ese sabor de carnitas de las de Quiroga, Michoacán. I must admit that these carnitas have been among the best that I have tasted in Colima/Villa de Álvarez, and I speak only of these municipalities. If you have ever visited Quiroga/Michoacán, you will notice that the taste and color are practically the same. The sauce and the pickled onions are the excellent accompaniment of these, of course the lemon may not be missing. With their tortillas by hand they are the best. The cuerito they give you there is very good, skinny, salty, an excellent soothing that you can ask for before ordering your order of carnitas. Every time I go there it reminds me of those walks through Michoacán and of course that taste of carnitas from Quiroga, Michoacán.
