★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barbacoa auténticamente de borrego, consomé y barbacoa del día, cocida en horno a pie de piso con leña. Cuenta también con tres salsas para acompañar, una salsa verde de tomatillo, una salsa de árbol y una de morita. Junto con la barbacoa también hay montalayo (pancita), que se puede pedir por tacos o por kilo. En el menú hay también un pollo adobado con chamorro y cueritos y nopales envueltos en penca llamado Ximbó, también cocido en el horno. Para tomar tienen refrescos, aguas y café de olla. Recomendable llegar temprano. Muy familiar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena barbacoa muy suave, rica cocinada al horno de tierra, fresca del dia. Tortillas recien hechas, acompañada con 3 tipos de salsa, tomatillo, morita, y de árbol. Muy amable atencion por parte del propietario invitando a los clientes probar temprano pollo sazonado con especies tambien cocinada al horno acompañado de nopales, cuerito oreja y buche con salsa y tortillas hechas a mano.
