A pesar de llenar la hoja de pedido con toda la información, nos faltó una gordita en el pedido; al reclamar, nos dijeron que ya no había del guiso ordenado y la cambiamos por otra que jamás nos llegó. Nos retiramos y quisieron reponerla, pero terminaron dándonos algo que no tenía nada qué ver con lo pedido.

Ordering is chaos. Despite filling out the order form with all the information, we were missing a chubby in the order; When complaining, they told us that there was no more of the ordered stew and we changed it for another that never arrived. We retired and they wanted to replace it, but they ended up giving us something that had nothing to do with what we asked for.
Go with patience and encouragement to be insisting on what is ordered.
