Escribo por un amigo extranjero. Fue por cuarta vez a comprar discada en el Carnivorense. La verdad la discada es buena pero el servicio es malo.
Le dieron los precios con una propina sugerida de casi 12% si explicaciones ni nada. Le preguntaron si quería pagar propina. Al ser pregunta... él dijo no, sin embargo de los dos tickets que le cobraron le cargaron una propina sin explanación, ni preguntar, ni nada.
No es buena práctica comercial realmente. Una propina se pregunta, se gana, se respecta, no se impone. Y si la propina es obligatoria se explica... Cuando el le mencionó al encargado del restaurante.. el encargado sin tratar de comprender solo dijo “ no le entiendo...”. Cuando se cuidan a tus clientes, al menos se les respeta y se trata de comprenderlos por que al fin ellos son los que pagan. Que mala imagen para nuestra ciudad. Si quieren buena discada o tacos hay otras lugares que son más respetuosos y que no tratan de robar. Carnivorense es definitivamente a evitar al menos para nosotros. Ah y las cubre bocas no los usan... !! Decepcionante!!
That bad customer service !!
I am writing for a foreign friend. He went for the fourth time to buy a dial at the Carnivorense. The truth is that the dial is good but the service is bad.
They gave him the prices with a suggested tip of almost 12% without explanations or anything. They asked him if he wanted to pay a tip. When asked ... he said no, however, of the two tickets that they charged him, they charged him a tip without explaining, or asking, or anything.
Not really good business practice. A tip is asked, earned, respected, not imposed. And if the tip is mandatory, it is explained ... When he mentioned the manager of the restaurant ... the manager, without trying to understand, just said "I don't understand ...". When you take care of your clients, at least they are respected and it is about understanding them because in the end they are the ones who pay. What a bad image for our city. If you want good records or tacos there are other places that are more respectful and that do not try to steal. Carnivorense is definitely to avoid at least for us. Oh and they don't use the covers ... !! Disappointing!!
