★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio del Personal. PÉSIMA CALIDAD DE LOS PRODUCTOS. Me compré una cadenita para mis lentes, la usé 1 hora y se me rompió. Mis lentes de 1 semana, ya se les salió el vidrio. En cuanto abran voy a ver si de verdad me responden en esto con la garantía. Nada recomendable.
Excellent service from the Staff. POOR QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS. I bought a chain for my glasses, I used it for 1 hour and it broke. My 1 week glasses, the glass has already come off. As soon as they open, I will see if they really answer me on this with the guarantee. Nothing recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los lentes en la tienda se ven muy bien, pero ya que los ves en una iluminación normal se ven de muy mala calidad.
No sólo se ven de mala calidad, son de mala calidad, compré unos lentes de sol y el segundo día que los usé se rompieron. Los materiales son muuuuy chafas.
Tratan de venderte la promoción para que te lleves un par de lentes gratis y terminas gastando más por un producto de muy mala calidad que no te va a durar nada. Hay otras tiendas con lentes más baratos de mucha mejor calidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glasses frames are one of the biggest scams in the world. Did you know that 80% are produced in one factory, in Italy, then subsequently branded? We, recently, bought three pairs of glasses from Carolina Lemke believing that we were receiving premium quality for the premium price we were paying. Wrong! Frames on one set broke within three weeks. No fault. Just came apart. Okay. Returned glasses to store for repair. Came back bent and unwearable. Asked for replacement glasses. NO! Really? You have a brand, sell tens of thousands of frames at huge markups, but NO? Never again Carolina Lemke.
