★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice up-scale place. We had Michelladas and some appetizers. Get a carajillo afterwards. It’s a nice liquid dessert ??? also the waiters are very nice and helpful. There is a smoking area. You can sit at the „balcony“ or they even have an upstairs Terrasse :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling through the city and we got this as a recommendation from a friend.
Amazing view, great food, and cool atmosphere.
Try everything, anything you pick from the menu is great. We had a party of five and got a lot to share.
Will be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot to eat after or before visiting the Jumex Museum, or the Aquarium. Highlights were the all from the seasonal Christmas menu so this is biased, however if this is how their seasonal specials taste then it's worth trying them year-round. We loved the romeritos, Wellington beef, canelonis and artichoke! a bit of a miss were the chicken with arugula from the main regular menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Went here for lunch during meetings. There is a wide range of food options including vegetarian. There are two stories, lower is inside the upper is outside covered and looks at souymaya museum. The decor is very contemporary with a bit of rustic.
The service was very attentive. I would certainly come back here and of the better options in the mall I have been to. Everyone else really enjoyed their meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is really good, not extraordinary but good; the portions are substancial the prices are fair, the service is attentive and quick; it’s a good spot for a lunch meeting. They have a terrace that has a view to the Soumaya Museum, which is also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the museum next door and decided to grab lunch after. The staff was very hospitable, and a few spoke English very well.
I ordered the Rib Eye, Artichoke Soup, and a double Espresso. The steak was exactly how I liked it, the potatoes were very delicious, but my favorite was the bread that came with the soup! It was SO soft on the inside like a cloud and slightly salted on the outside.
The room is dimly lit and feels personal even though there's many tables. I'll come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular place - can highly recommend it!
Carolo is well located within the shopping mall and stretches across two floors. I like the upper floor more as it is more private and offers a great view on the museum in front.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and they offer a variety of options. They have many traditional dishes and the conchas are one of my favorite sweet bread which are really good. Fruits are fresh and tasty. Will definitely come back for lunch or dinner
