★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus carpas son buenas. La atención en el lugar deja mucho que desear. No te dejan abrir los artículos que compras. Con el argumento, de que ellos ya los revisaron. No tienen políticas de devolución. Y no te dan garantía.
En mi caso, pedimos costos e informes por Facebook, porque los recomendaron y cuando llegamos al local nos dijeron que no sabían quien había dado costos y que esos no eran. Además de que no usan cubrebocas.
 Their tents are good. The attention in the place leaves much to be desired. They won't let you open the items you buy. With the argument that they have already reviewed them. They do not have return policies. And they don't give you a guarantee.
In my case, we asked for costs and reports on Facebook, because they recommended them and when we got to the place they told us that they did not know who had given costs and that they were not. Besides that they don't wear face masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí una carpa, al momento de abrirla estaba rasgada a la sucursal donde la compre (impulsora) y resulta que no tenían como reemplazarla y me mandaron a esta sucursal asegurándome de que encontraría una del en buen estado, llegue y me dieron una igual de rasgada se argumentan diciendo que así vienen todas y que son importadas y que no es error de ellos...
Si tienen otra opción donde comprar mejor háganlo, este lugar no lo recomiendo para nada.

NO COMPREN AQUI, si quieren inversión dinero háganlo con personas que si sean serías y responsables.
