No sé si todos sean así pero si no llegas pidiendo exactamente el material que quieres ellos no te asesoran y te tratan como si fueras ignorante, no te dan alternativas o sugerencias, pareciera que no conocen su catálogo. En Metales Díaz recibes un mejor trato y te ayudan para escoger materiales (no recibo ninguna remuneración de MD por decir esto)
The truth was very bad service. I don't know if they are all like that, but if you don't arrive asking for exactly the material you want, they don't advise you and treat you as if you were ignorant, they don't give you alternatives or suggestions, it seems that they don't know their catalog. In Metals Díaz you receive a better treatment and they help you to choose materials (I do not receive any remuneration from MD for saying this)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio , marque para colaborar si tenían de un material por teléfono y dijeron que si al momento de ir a la sucursal y pedir el material que requería, me dijeron que el pedido le debí hacer por línea , y por teléfono no me comentaron eso , y me hicieron perder mi día y ese trabajo , y pues al realizar el pedido ahí mismo en la sucursal según me regresaría la llamada pero va más de 1 semana que no me pueden decir nada
Very bad service, I checked to collaborate if they had a material by phone and they said that when I went to the branch and asked for the material I required, they told me that I should have made the order online, and by phone they did not comment on that , and they made me lose my day and that job, and well, when placing the order right there at the branch, I would call back but it's been more than 1 week that they can't tell me anything
