★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que te hacen un favor al estarte vendiendo. Por pandemia no atienden mostrador , hay que realizar muchas llamadas y tener mucha paciencia hasta para una simple solera. Te pasan de un vendedor a otro y la forma en la que contestan no es la correcta . Muy mal servicio
They seem to be doing you a favor by selling you. Due to a pandemic, they do not serve a counter, you have to make many calls and have a lot of patience even for a simple hearth. They pass you from one seller to another and the way they answer is not correct. Very bad service

La atención al cliente de la patada.
Pésima atención les vale madres tenerte afuera más de 2 horas incluso con un deposito previo de un día anterior. Y comprando su mínimo de 100usd.
Y la pandemia no tiene que ver con la atención.

Terrible attention mothers are worth keeping you out for more than 2 hours even with a previous deposit from the previous day. And buying your minimum of 100usd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que iba en la prepa tecnica me veía forzado a ir a comprar material a este establecimiento, ahora como ingeniero y líder de proyectos debo seguir al pendiente. Desde entonces como ahora se tiene un servicio al cliente del asco, esa es la palabra correcta y por decir lo menos, siempre con su cara y actitudes de que te están haciendo el favor.
Encima hasta el vigilante tiene el poder de decidir si te van a atender o no como cadenero, para pasarte con los vendedores que mas a fuerza que de ganas te atienden.
Since I was in technical high school, I was forced to go buy material at this establishment, now as an engineer and project leader I must continue to watch. Since then, as now you have a disgusting customer service, that is the right word and to say the least, always with your face and attitudes that they are doing you the favor.
On top of that, even the security guard has the power to decide whether or not they are going to serve you as a chain-keeper, to spend with the vendors who serve you more hard than willingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuentan con terminal para pagar con tarjeta y no hay personal en mostrador. Si hay stock, pero la atención y organización del personal es pésima, ojalá el gerente de la tienda haga algo al respecto para mejorar contratando a personas que si les interese trabajar.
They do not have a terminal to pay by card and there is no staff at the counter. If there is stock, but the attention and organization of the staff is terrible, hopefully the store manager does something about it to improve by hiring people who are interested in working.
